Exotic food
Well , I have officially learned how to use the grll and cook many types of dishes.
YANG ROU CHUAN(salt,chilly,sesame oil, sesame, cumin powder)
Smoked salmon( rice and herbs on bottom , grill salmon on top with lemon juice,salt,pepper,butter
Malay Satay (leave meat in herbal mix overnight, coconut milk and oil while grilling , then dip in peanut sauce)
curry butter lobster (butter, oil, salt, on lobster, grill, then curry,butter,lemon,wine,onion,garlic mix on top of lobster
mago chilly chicken (mango,chilly pepper, onion, garlic mix on top of grilled chicken with herbs)
Lamb chops ( put lamb in salt,pepper,garlic,ginger,onion,cumin,mixed herbs,pinaple juice, fresh bazil,french sweet wine, sesame oil,sesame for 4 hours, then grill with olive oil and pinable herbal mix)
chicken marsala ( mushroom, onion , fried onion and garlic , sweet wine, butter, orange juice, salt,pepper, dian fen as sauce)
fry chicken with butter ,orange juice, salt and pepper , then put sauce on top
taiwanese kong rou
wu hua pork in small pieces, mix with black soy sauce, rice wine, kong rou powder, sesame,fried onion, garlic , brown sugar, fish powder, sesame oil )
then in a pot, put in meat and water just enough to cover over meat, small heat for 20 minutes.

mixed cake power with milk and egg one level on the bottom, till becomes half cake like, put in kong rou in the middle,the another layer of cake mix, steam.
frog 's ovary
ice sugar, frog ovary (after 1 day in water ), ginsin, boil
middle east kabab
mix grounded meat with walnut, salt, pepper,butter then grill
middle east eggplant mix
grilled cooked eggplant in pot with tomato, eggs, onion,garlic, olive oil, nuts untill everything becomes thick soup like, dip bread in
middle east rice
orange peel, walnut, pine nut,dry berries, rosemary, cumin, bazil ,butter on bottom of pan, steam long grained rice.
WAYS TO MAKE KIDS EAT
process cooked vegie in soup form
mix with eggs and butter to become vegie egg pancake
macroni and cheese with small cooked pieces of vegie

Asia Trip 2007
I took a 2 month trip to taiwan, malaysia and singapore. I had the best food in Taiwan( grilled chicken ass, huge chicken cutlet, fresh mango ice...etc . Also stayed at the most amazing on the water villa resort with traditional malay massage daily, age the best durines in the world, such as the one that taste like red wine, milk , butter...etc diardiar also showed off his girl chasing skills. you can see the video here:

However, I got pregnant and didn't know it, fell 2 times to the hard stoned floor 2 times, and cold herbal tea daily, all the walking and massage made me loose a future daughter/son.
Husband missed me so much, so we had to buy an extra one way ticket for both me and my 2 year old son at full price!

Special bond between my son and I
I was teachning my son how to count backwards from 20 to 1 then some animals and some body organs in chinese and english, yes this means EVERYTHInG I say to him I need to say 2 times... of course I was teaching him by playing with him and it was very tiring for me. i am definitely his favorite person in this world so far, no doubt about that , but sometimes I just wish I am not THAT special cause I need a break ! It's amazing how 2 year olds know how to sweet talk and push you around so you ended up doing what they want.

OK, I do not know why but I have got more phone calls from different companies this week than when I first graduated.... my degree and experiences must be hot these days. last company's director called today to let me know of a new opportunity under his department. Well I was actually tempted to WORK AGAIN, but no, the inner voice says to me, you have already choose what to do remember? OH YEAH . Well i'm still glad to hear I did have a good image ( running around in the company even to get a printout from printer, how hard working huh?)
I found an addition to interviews and get offers, i love the pressure and the way they say YOU"RE HIRED. HAHAHAH bad am I not? I wasted many people's time to hire me and I ended up not go. sign...
ok now, my dear husband is away for a few days, so i'm alone with my son. Should I go shopping? or go partying? hahaha NOTHING with a toddler around even if you WANT to go wild while husband's away. HAHA just kidding... when I mentioned to him of going back to work or not HE DEFINITELY said NOONONNONONONO and begged me to stop my addiction to WANTING to be hired.
hmmm i bet he is in middle of nowhere so bored right now, after all he never left me for 1 day , he must miss me too much to even speak now.

Best way to wean toddler and potty train
after all the research, once again, I found that the best way to wean a toddler is to put a bandaid AND vinegar on your breasts and say OUTCH it hurts whenever your baby tries to suck. Sour is the best after all my trials.
as for potty train, let your child stay home without anything on, first give a potty train video, then let him/her watch you go, explain poopoo or peepee goes to the potty, reward them and if they go elsewhere, put up a sad face.
in about 2 weeks my son learned to go potty on his own, every time! well it seems pretty easy, I still can't believe it. Best to start around age 2 !
